Hale Academy curriculum for the fourth grade is designed to meet the challenges students face when leaving the primary level and transition to the elementary school. Classroom studies that include independent and co-operative learning will be part of the program. To meet the demands of education today and to equip the students with needed skills for the future, the emphasis will be on personal responsibility and academic success in all subject areas. A wide varied of experiences take place, such as presentations, laboratory experiments, gaming in puzzles for Geography and World History, and internet resources for research papers and reports. All academic subjects are covered throughout the week, along with classes in Spanish, Physical Education, and Art. In all, the children are involved in a well-rounded program.
